Kim Cobarruvias, MA.Ed
Senior STRTP Consultant
Kim brings more than 15 years of experience in management and training of adults and children in public and private education including executive leadership and accreditation management. She has extensive training in child development, operations management, and protocols/policies to facilitate public and private institutions. In 2020, Kim transitioned her experience to specialize in compliance for an STRTP. She has successfully navigated the intricate and delicate legislation with high regard from her peer’s, supervisors, and CARF accreditation auditors.
Kim holds a BS in Public Administration, an MA in Education Technology, and a certification of program completion from John’s Hopkin’s University in Education. She held the position of Director for college degree programs and instructed a variety of college courses specializing in management, leadership, accounting/finance, business law, and e-commerce. Since 2020, Kim has received awards in excellence for her contributions to writing, maintaining, and documenting required to meet and to maintain CARF standards in alignment with state regulation bodies. Kim has the unique ability to ensure proper compliance procedures to promote success with the highest regard for the care of children and operational regulations.
