Driven by her passion to improve the quality and care of Outpatient and Healthcare clinics, Pelin has led several organizational changes, helped them stand out and maximize their potential. Her leadership provides an atmosphere where operational efficiency and clinical compliance creates a top down structure needed to ensure the success of the Healthcare Business. Pelin is a strong believer that organizational chaos is to be avoided at all costs in order to provide patient safety and quality care to the surrounding community.
Pelin received her Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration on Healthcare Management and combined her years of expertise in leading organizational assessments, developing and restructuring various outpatient settings, guiding physicians to overcome operational challenges and providing the right tools to help manage and nurture the growth of their business.
To date, Pelin has served as ASC Administrator, Risk Manager, and Director of Operations for several facilities. She has also led these organizations through a successful accreditation process with zero deficiencies and achieved organizational goals while ensuring highest quality of patient care and satisfaction within departmental budgets resulting in business profitability and growth.
